Medical Imaging Diagnostics, 3D Medical Technology Products
Dean Janes founded the Company as Imaging Services, Inc. on October
29, 1993. In order to better position the Company for its future
direction -- away from service and towards providing proprietary
medical imaging products -- the Company changed its name from Imaging
Services, Inc. to Imaging3, Inc. on August 20, 2002.
